Producing Structural Steel, Secondary Steel, Architectural Metalwork, Staircases and Balustrade the open plan floor space enables versatility of production, a far cry from the more restrictive process lines.
Stainless Steel fabrications are carried out in a separate quarantined workshop to prevent contamination with the Mild Steel facility.
Having been designed and drawn in house, materials are sourced “cut to length” and processed to ensure limited waste and environmental impact whilst any secondary generated waste is recycled. In fact 99% of the materials we use are recycled!
Drive in, drive out articulated deliveries and two 3 tonne forklifts ensure materials are unloaded and distributed quickly either to the Guillotine shop, brake press, pillar drill, saws or fabrication bays.
With the capacity to primer paint all fabrications in our 100 square metre spray booth the only activity “sub contracted out” is Galvanizing and Polyester Powder Coating aswell as high specification paint finishes. (see the supply chain link on the menu)
